Steel Wall Components
Trevi layer systems include a steel wall core, a chromate anti-rust coat, a primer coat, a heat hardened inlay and ultra-resistant polymer to protect against corrosion and oxidization. There’s also an alkaline solution applied to cleanse the oxides. Another primer coat along with a molten zinc layer and a plasticized SP coating.
Structural Elements
Trevi is known for their structural components on their above ground pools. Their top seat is 7” and made from resin and the seat cap is as well. The top seat features uniform calibration and UV treatment against discoloration and a molecular memory to prevent warping. The coping is crafted from polymer and steel while the joint plates and uprights are resin. The bottom safety track is crafted from galvanized steel and guarantees the stability of your pool.
