Dave and I would like to share some of our thoughts and ideas that we use to run our family business. It can be thought of as a behind-the-scenes look at the philosophy which guides our decisions as a business operation.
We keep the above sign in close proximity to our time clock. It serves as a reminder to all of our staff as to the principles that guide our company.
Are we perfect all the time? Absolutely not. However, as a company, we strive to follow these principles in our daily operations. We expect our employees to operate and use them as a guide in working with our customers each day. A lot has changed since our start in 1989 however the principles of “Old School Values” remain timeless.
