If your robotic pool cleaner is broken or malfunctioning but you don’t want to lug it all of the way to our repair facility or go through the hassle of shipping it to the manufacturer, our Robotic Cleaner Home Service is the solution.
After your initial inquiry is received, our Robotics Repair Team will reach out to schedule a date and time that is convenient for you. A team member will arrive at your home for the scheduled appointment and will be able to: diagnose the issue, advise on repairs, provide a total cost, and make recommendations on how to proceed.
Our Robotic Cleaner Home Service is a quick and easy repair solution that gets your robot back in the water doing what it’s supposed to be doing as soon as possible. Just think of the time, money, and worry that you’ll save knowing that you have a clean pool for summertime enjoyment.
At the time of scheduling, there is a single charge of $39 which goes toward an Onsite Diagnostic Fee. If you choose to have the cleaning unit repaired at your home, then that fee is rolled into the cost of the repairs.
Some important things to be aware of before our visit:
You must be at home for our technician’s arrival.
Both the robot and its power supply must be available.
There must be access to a power source to diagnose and test the robot.
Pool should be accessible and available to test the robot while immersed in the water.
